Triboro Coach operates service throughout northern Queens County, operating 12 local routes, 1 limited-stop route, and 5 express routes to Manhattan.
From Queens Plaza, in the shadow of the Queensboro Bridge, routes Q19A 21 Street and Q39 Forest provide convenient service to Astoria, Maspeth, and Ridgewood. Triboro Coach also operates frequent north-south service to Queens Boulevard along routes Q23 108 Street, Q29 80 Street, and Q72 Junction. Local service within the communities of Corona, Elmhurst, Middle Village, Rego Park and Forest Hills is provided by route Q38 Eliot. Rounding out the local services operated by Triboro Coach are routes Q18 30 Avenue, connecting Astoria, Woodside, and Maspeth, and Q19 Astoria, operating cross-town on Astoria Boulevard between 21 Street and 102 Street. Especially convenient for recreation-seekers is the Q53 Rockaway Park Limited. After making a small number of stops in Woodside, Jackson Heights, Elmhurst, and Rego Park, this bus then travels nonstop to the Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge in Broad Channel and the beaches of Rockaway. In the summer, extra service is added to accommodate beach-goers. Express service to midtown Manhattan is provided on routes QM10 Lefrak City Express, QM12 Forest Hills Express, QM22 Jackson Heights Express, and QM24 Glendale Express (service operates along both Third Avenue and Sixth Avenue between 34 Street and 57 Street), while additional express service to lower Manhattan is provided on routes QM11 Lefrak City Express and QM24 Glendale Express. When traveling to LaGuardia Airport, think of Triboro Coach as your first transportation choice. The Q33 82 Street route provides fast and frequent service to all passenger terminals except the Marine Air Terminal; for the Marine Air Terminal, use route Q47 74 Street. Both routes connect with MTA New York City Transit subway service at the 74 Street - Roosevelt Avenue station (7, E, F, G, and R trains); the Q33 82 Street also connects with 7 train at the 82 Street station. Late night and early morning travelers to the airport may also use the limited Q72 Junction service from the 63 Drive station (G and R trains) and the Junction Boulevard station (7 train). Employees and passengers with light luggage can also utilize the Q23 108 Street bus from the 71 Avenue station (E, F, G, and R trains) or the 103 Street station (7 train) to the bus stop at the 102 Street traffic circle; the US Airways terminal is a short walk away.
